Outstanding staff support and high quality product, even from a distance! The capsules have no flavor and are easy to digest, the staff are not totally amazing with communication on your orders and the website is easy to navigate.

I had Cambodia Green, Maeng Da Red and they gave me Vietnam Red. I am so impressed with the quality of the product. Also, I reached out to customer support. I literally texted a phone number and somebody responded and helped me fix my mistake that I had made with a previous order that was entirely my fault.

I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for Kratom, the high quality product, impeccable customer support and the ease at which I was able to contact a real, competent, person to help me is unparalleled by any competitor, (even businesses outside the Kratom Industry).

Plus the majority of local places that I have purchased kratom from over the years have an extremely inferior product. The fact that Kratom Cafe’s products are lab tested and verified by an independent 3rd party adds so much value to the picture.

I first began using red strain kratoms for pain relief (herniated disc) and relaxation/insomnia/anxiety. One day, my girlfriend, who’d never tried kratom before, was suffering one of her regular serious migraines, which keep her bedridden with pain and nausea in a dark room much of the day. With no other pain relievers on hand at the time, I offered her some of my red bali kratom. Within a much shorter than usual time, she was up, functional, and very curious about kratom. Now, after repeated experiments with it, as soon as she feels a migraine approaching, she reaches for the red bali I buy from this store, and swears enthusiastically by it.

I generally take Kratom only for the “uplifting” effects, and this one is a great strain if you are looking for an extra boost in energy and mood. I live in an area that is gray and cold for about 5 Months out the year, and the White Strains of Kratom have REALLY been helping me with the seasonal depression. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pain relief it provided, which isn’t common with the white strains. I’ve been having muscle issues lately with my back, and found that this helped to dull the pain. I keep my tolerance low, so 4 grams is all I needed for these benefits. The only downside is that the uplifting effects didn’t last that long – only 2 to 2.5 hrs. That doesn’t mean that it’ll be the same for everyone, as I’ve been taking kratom for some time now. I’ll purchase again because of the uplift in energy & mood and pain relief combo.
