This place is great! I am new to the area and was in search for a local place that sells kratom. Well i found it and hands down one of the best places I have visited for kratom products. Just started going here a couple months ago! The staff are genuine and caring and always have a smile. They are very knowledgeable and pricing can't be beat for the top notch quality.. annnd this is hands down the best kratom in Denver and I've been to allll the shops. Plus, they have other supplements and botanicals like kava.

I appreciate every visit I have at this location due to their quality products and the fact that each person I've spoken with is so knowledgeable of each product. I recently started using their delivery service and they made it so easy. They are so patient as you learn which Kratom strain is the best fit for you, which is really important when you begin your healing journey with Kratom. Laura and Nick are probably the nicest people I've ever met in my life. They also have a wide selection of kratom and crazy good prices. Laura was super knowledgeable and confidently answered my all of my questions. They're definitely worth going out of your way for, plus they're in Olde Town Arvada so it's easy to find an excuse to be over here. The shop itself is adorable and clean too!

I recently visited their beautiful store in Arvada and was immediately impressed. In the part I’ve purchased from “head shops” not really knowing what I was getting and embarrassed to ask. Here I was treated so well especially since I really didn’t know about the different strains. After picking out a few varieties they recommended for my needs I came home, tested them and was super pleased! I just ordered more to be delivered to my home and it arrived in less than a day. I have been going to the Kratom cafe for a year now and this place is amazing. It has a wonderful staff that works there and owner, Nick and Nicole are the nicest people in the world. The Kratom is top notch and the prices are extremely reasonable. They also deliver, which helps me out at time, when I’m in pain and can’t make it in. I love this place so much! I called in for a delivery to my house which is 20 miles from their store. They happily obliged! I went to get an emissions test 2 hours before my delivery was expected. It took me 3 hours to get an emissions test. I was at the emissions place when they text me that my order was on the way. I asked them if they would switch addresses last minute. They brought my delivery straight to the emissions test while I was there. This place is amazing and the people who own it are even more amazing! I love and appreciate you guys and everything you do!

I haven’t received my delivery yet. But I am so pleased with the customer service during a busy day. Very impressed with the man (Possibly named Nick) who answered my multiple phone calls with extreme patience and handled my questions about ordering online and same day delivery. There was problems with my payment method and he reached out to help me fix it. He also informed me that they were slammed and he’s sorry for the wait & told me he’s providing me with some samples to try some of their popular strands.
10/10 will recommend this place & I haven’t even tried their products yet. That says a lot.

I used to go to another shop because it was close to my house until one day the customer service I received was extremely rude. I thought I’m not going back and found this spot in Arvada. The prices were way better, customer service was outstanding, extremely knowledgeable and they gave me Samples of their product! Been there 3 times and by the 4th time I used their delivery service because I couldn’t leave work. They are amazing! Highly recommend if you want the best customer service!!!! They are worth the drive.

Well I'll start off by saying
All if the staff is knowledgeable in their product. They can all tell you what strains they like and what works for them. I personally have an illness that causes me to be incapacitated sometimes and have pain that is indescribable. Taking kratom helps me beyond belief. I have been taking it approximately a month now and no longer depend on prescription drugs to help me. I appreciate this shop and these guys so much. They have a customer for life!
